1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Trajectry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions set forth here, you must not access or use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trajectry.

2. Description of Service

Trajectry is an AI-powered career advisory platform that helps job seekers discover opportunities, prepare materials, and manage their job search pipeline. The service includes:

• Akira, an AI career advisor chatbot powered by Google Gemini for personalized guidance
• Company and job matching based on your profile, preferences, and career goals
• Resume parsing, analysis, and optimization tooling
• Voice onboarding via LiveKit for hands-free profile building
• AI-generated outreach drafts for networking and applications
• Portfolio generation to showcase your professional background
• Pipeline tracking to manage saved companies, jobs, and application status

3. User Accounts

To use Trajectry, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Trajectry cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Use of AI

Trajectry uses Google Gemini and other AI models to generate career recommendations, outreach drafts, profile summaries, and other content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI output before relying on it for applications, outreach, or career decisions.

Trajectry does not use your data to train AI models. Your conversations and profile data are processed to deliver the service and are not shared with AI providers for model improvement purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Trajectry for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. Specifically, you must not:

• Use the service for any illegal activity or to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from Trajectry or its third-party integrations
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk outreach, or misleading communications through the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Upload malware, viruses, or any other malicious code or content
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or performance of the service
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service except through our official APIs
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Trajectry, including your profile information, resume content, conversation history, and any other materials you upload or create. By using the service, you grant Trajectry a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your data solely to deliver the service to you.

You may export your data or request its deletion at any time through the in-app settings. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our data retention policy described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Payment and Billing

Trajectry offers subscription-based access tiers. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate until you cancel.

Pricing may change with at least 30 days advance notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be issued at our discretion for billing errors or service issues.

8. Intellectual Property

Trajectry and its original content, features, functionality, branding, and design are owned by Trajectry and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to content you create or upload. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your content to Trajectry beyond the limited processing license described above.

9. Third-Party Services

Trajectry integrates with third-party services to deliver certain features. These include Apollo and Prospeo for contact lookup, PredictLeads for company intelligence, LiveKit for voice sessions, Resend for email delivery, and Stripe for payments. Trajectry is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of features that depend on third-party services is subject to those providers’ respective terms.

10. Service Availability

Trajectry aims to provide reliable, uninterrupted access to the service. However, we do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Trajectry does not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Career advice, company recommendations, outreach drafts, and other AI output should be independently verified before use.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trajectry and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

In no event shall Trajectry’s total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Trajectry in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trajectry and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, any outreach or communications you send through the platform, or any content you upload or submit.

14. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Grounds for suspension include fraud, abuse, security threats, legal risk, or material violations of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and security. You may request export of your data prior to account termination.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated through in-product notifications and, where possible, via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Severability and Contact

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
